I’m a mum to two *fairly* feral children
(🍎 doesn’t fall far), we live in the Okanagan Valley in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Adventure and freedom are core components of my happiness. I’m most at home outside and out of service 🏔🏕🥾

I’m very much a “what you see is what you get” type of woman. I don’t wear makeup, I call it like it is and I’ve been known to throw in a good swear word 🙃

I have a degree in Environmental Sciences and am a fierce protector and lover of this incredible world we’ve been given.

I’m a terrible liar so you’ll never get anything but the truth from me… but I’m blessed to be able to do so in a gentle and empathetic way (when I want to).

When I need a mood shift or energy change, you will find me dancing. Usually by myself and music is not a requirement, I’ve always been boppin’ to my own drum. It’s never pretty but often contagious and that’s cause it works 💃
